Bella Cinquini is an independent clothing label specializing in vintage garments, reworked pieces, and handmade designs. Each garment is approached individually, with an emphasis on thoughtful construction, distinctive materials, and considered craftsmanship.

Bella Cinquini offers vintage, reworked, and handmade garments. Because of the nature of these pieces, individual items may vary in construction, materials, finish, and condition.

Vintage garments may exhibit signs of age, wear, fading, or other characteristics consistent with their history. Any known significant flaws, alterations, restoration work, and relevant condition details will be disclosed in the product listing where applicable.

Product photographs are intended to represent each garment as accurately as possible. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen and display settings.

Please review the measurements, sizing information, materials, condition, and description of each garment carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a piece, please contact bellacinquini@gmail.com before placing your order.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance if an item is unavailable or an error has occurred.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs will be presented at checkout where required.

Payment must be completed through the payment options made available at checkout. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be authorized or an item becomes unavailable.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, Bella Cinquini will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Many Bella Cinquini pieces are made to order or require individual preparation, construction, alteration, or finishing.

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for creation and preparation, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days for shipping and delivery. These are separate timeframes, and total fulfillment time includes both periods.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on the materials, construction requirements, and availability of vintage or deadstock fabrics.

Because some materials are limited or irreplaceable, an exact reproduction may not always be possible once a particular fabric or trim is exhausted.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Orders ship from Nashville, Tennessee. Domestic shipping is available within the United States.

International shipping is not offered through standard checkout. Customers outside the United States may contact bellacinquini@gmail.com to inquire about a possible arrangement. International requests are considered individually and are not guaranteed.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Bella Cinquini will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the stated timeframes and communicate significant delays when possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Please contact us promptly if you discover an error in your shipping address.

All sales are final for change of mind, fit preferences, and incorrect size selection, subject to applicable law.

We encourage customers to review all measurements, descriptions, materials, and condition notes before purchasing.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please email bellacinquini@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.

We will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Vintage and reworked garments may require specialized care. Customers are responsible for following the care instructions supplied with each piece and any additional guidance provided in its product listing.

Due to the age, construction, and materials of certain garments, delicate handling may be necessary. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a garment's care requirements.

All original website content, including Bella Cinquini branding, original photography, written descriptions, graphics, and original designs, is owned by Bella Cinquini or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

The sale of a garment does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property associated with its design, photography, or branding.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and website functionality. However, errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

If a material pricing, inventory, or listing error affects an order, we will contact the customer to determine an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update website content. We will not use this provision to avoid obligations arising from an order already accepted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bella Cinquini is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of a garment.
