Bella Cinquini specializes in vintage, reworked, and handmade garments. Due to the individual nature of each piece and the time involved in sourcing, restoring, and creating garments, all sales are final, subject to applicable law.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit preferences, or incorrect size selection. Please review each garment's measurements, condition, materials, and description carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about sizing or a piece's construction, please contact us before purchasing.
Made-to-order and custom garments require dedicated time and materials. Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, subject to applicable law.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us at bellacinquini@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
