Daisy Dress

A little piece of history, carefully given new life. This delicate dress dates back to the Edwardian era and is a beautiful example of the intricate construction and ornamentation once found in clothing. Made in soft ivory fabric and detailed with embroidered panels, lace insertions, gathered sections, and a scalloped floral hem, the dress is full of the small details that make antique garments so special. Because of its age and delicate condition, thisis best considered a collector's piece and archival garment. It is technically wearable, but I do not recommend regular or active wear. The antique fabric, lace, embroidery, and construction are extremely fragile and should be handled with care. This would make a beautiful addition to a private collection or as a display to be appreciated as a small piece of fashion history. Please note: This is an antique garment and should not be expected to have the durability of contemporary clothing.
