A 1950s playsuit-inspired set reworked from vintage 90s upholstery fabric in a rich dark paisley print with black lining on the interior. The top features structured pointed cups, vintage gold buttons, and a corset-style lace-up back with brass grommets and a modesty panel. The matching high-waisted shorts are designed to sculpt comfortably while keep a classic pin-up silhoutte.

The Tale
The Brigitte Set began with an image of Brigitte Bardot in the 1950s- effortlessly feminine, playful, and unmistakably French. The idea stayed with me, but it wasn't until I visited a museum in Vienna, Austria that the design began to take shape. I had come across original 1950s swimsuits with similar silhouttes and details. Seeing this pieces in person inspired me to recreate what I had seen. The result: the Brigitte Set. A two-piece inspired by the flirtatious silhouettes of 1950s swimwear and the effortless femininity of the era, reinterpreted by Bella Cinquini.
